We are seeking an **experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant** to join our team of 8 physicians and 17 APCs. Help us advance our mission to reduce ED utilization through high-quality acute care across our Appleton, Neenah, Oshkosh, and New London locations.**Practice Highlights:*** **Flexible FTE:** Variable FTE options available.* **Regional Coverage:** Primary home base with flexibility to float to 4 regional locations based on staffing needs.* **Clinical Variety:** Treat patients ages 3 months and up, managing low to high-complexity acute conditions.* **Clinic Hours:** Standard operations run 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekends at our Appleton, Neenah, and Oshkosh locations.
