Job description
Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing urgent care network throughout the Boston Metro area. This role offers the opportunity to practice across multiple clinic locations while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
Centers open 7 days per week
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week, part-time also available
Flexible scheduling across multiple sites
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour
Productivity bonus: $25 per patient over 4 patients/hour

Additional performance-based incentives
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
