Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Reidsville, NC | Up to $10K Sign-On Bonus
Carolina QuickCare is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Reidsville clinic. Reidsville is located in Rockingham County in north-central North Carolina, a Piedmont community with affordable living and easy access to Greensboro and the Triad metro. This role also covers our nearby Eden clinic.
At a Glance
Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, based on experience and start date, with a 12-month commitment
Pay: $55-$90/hour based on experience, qualifications, and clinical assessment, time-and-a-half after 40 hours
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, so 4 days off every week
Average of 3-4 patients per hour
DOT Medical Examiner training provided at no cost

What You'll Do
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and episodic conditions. Perform common urgent care procedures, including laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, wound care, and DOT physicals. Order and interpret in-house labs and imaging. Prescribe, educate patients, and chart in Experity EMR.
How You'll Practice
You are the provider on-site and make your own clinical decisions, backed by established protocols, a dedicated clinic team, and clinical leadership when you need them. Onboarding includes a structured clinical orientation. Schedules are published in advance through a self-scheduling app, and extra shifts are easy to pick up.
Compensation
$55-$90/hour based on experience, qualifications, and clinical assessment. Productivity incentives are available above base pay. Sign-on bonuses are offered on a case-by-case basis, based on experience and start date. Relocation assistance may also be available.

Qualifications
FNP-C or PA-C licensed in North Carolina, or eligible for licensure
Current BLS and ACLS
DOT Medical Examiner certification, or willingness to complete within 6 weeks of start (training provided)
1+ year of urgent care, emergency, or primary care experience preferred
