Job description
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a well-established urgent care team in Lancaster, California, to welcome a physician assistant to their practice. This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts (8 a.m.–9 p.m., Monday–Sunday) with strong clinical support from nurses, medical assistants, and front office staff.
Compensation ranges from $166,000 to $186,000 per year, plus employer-paid life, medical, pharmacy, and dental coverage, tuition reimbursement, California license, and DEA
