Job description
American Family Care Sanford is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to care for patients within the scope of their training and agreement. The APP will work collaboratively with other providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction, with outcomes varying by franchise location.
Responsibilities include comprehensive histories, diagnoses, emergency stabilization, data interpretation, and patient education.
