Job description
Carbon Health in San Jose, California is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team. This part-time or full-time position offers a dynamic, clinic-based environment with access to a nationwide network and supportive leadership.
You will conduct assessments, diagnose, order tests (labs, x-rays, EKGs), and perform urgent care procedures. A valid PA license with national certification or NP license, DOT and BLS are required.
