Job description
NextCare in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a full-time clinician to join our urgent care team. This role offers variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact in a fast-paced, well-supported clinic.
You will work 12-hour weekday shifts with shorter weekend shifts, enjoy a schedule designed to maximize days off, and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus productivity-based incentives, with mentorship and strong clinical collaboration.
