NextCare is seeking a Full-time Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team in Fredericksburg, VA. The role offers professional autonomy, strong clinical mentorship, and a supportive work culture within a fast-paced urgent care environment.
Clinicians enjoy work-life balance with no after-hours tasks, rotating schedules, and advance monthly calendars. Facility hours run 8a-8p Mon-Fri and 8a-4p Sat-Sun, with 12-hour shifts as required.
