Job description
American Family Care Castle Rock is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient care within the APP scope of training and approved agreement, working closely with other providers to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 1 year ER/UC experience preferred, active PA/NP licensure, and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts, weekends and major holidays at Castle Rock and SE Aurora clinics.
