Job description
NextCare is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team in Casa Grande, AZ. This role offers autonomy, support from experienced clinicians, and a work‑life balanced schedule with 12‑hour and weekend shifts.
Compensation ranges from $65 to $80 per hour with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, potential overtime in Fall/Winter, and a monthly productivity bonus. Clinic location is 1683 E Florence Blvd, Casa Grande, AZ 85122.
