Job description
Urgent Care Provider Opportunity
Location: Branford, Darien & New Canaan, CT
Clinic Status: Branford is newly opened; Darien and New Canaan are upcoming clinic launches
Specialty/Setting: Urgent Care – Outpatient, Walk-In Only
Schedule: 14–15 shifts per month (full-time)
Hours: 8a–8p weekdays; 9a–5p weekends
Start Date: Ideally within 60–90 days; mid-to-late January for upcoming clinic launches
Patient Volume: 30–40 patients daily at established clinics, with lower volume as new clinics ramp up
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant APP experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice; must be comfortable treating all ages
Compensation: Branford: $140k–$160k; Darien & New Canaan: $150k–$190k
Sign-On Bonus: Branford: $15k; Darien & New Canaan: $25k
