Job description
Troy Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic is growing its partnership model with 30 locations nationwide. You can directly impact patients' lives while earning a competitive base pay of $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and performance incentives.
Additional incentives include daily profit sharing, quarterly bonuses up to 10% of base salary, paid lunches, CME support, license reimbursements, and company-paid bootcamp training. Flexible full-time scheduling supports work-life balance.
