Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing urgent care teams at Baylor Scott & White and NextCare locations throughout Texas. With opportunities across the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Central Texas, and surrounding communities, APPs can explore positions that align with their preferred location, schedule, and career goals. Whether you're an experienced provider or a new graduate beginning your career, IES offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative urgent care environment with strong clinical and operational support. Position Highlights Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Full-Time: 130 clinical hours per month
Part-Time: Minimum of 4 shifts per month
Flexible scheduling with weekday and weekend opportunities
Clinic hours, operating days, and shift schedules vary by location
Supportive clinical teams and accessible medical leadership
Established clinical protocols and operational support
Diverse patient populations with a broad range of urgent care presentations
No routine after-hours patient inbox responsibilities
