Job description
An established healthcare organization in the Boston area is seeking a dedicated and flexible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support its Same Day Access Clinic.
Position Highlights:
Full-time opportunity supporting a Same Day Access Clinic
Provide same-day clinical care for patients
Focus on transitional care visits , including hospital discharge follow-ups
Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute and subacute conditions
Coordinate care with primary care providers and care teams
Patients scheduled continuously throughout the day
8 9 hour shifts
Flexible scheduling options may be available
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment
Help improve patient access and support positive care outcomes
Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board certification required
Experience in primary care, urgent care or transitional care preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic same-day access setting
