Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP)

An established health system affiliated with a well-regarded university in Texas seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support its urgent care services. This 100% urgent care role welcomes new graduates and offers a choice between two modern locations.
Opportunity Highlights
Join an urgent care team that welcomes both experienced providers and new graduates
Work a flexible 14-shift monthly schedule with 7 on 7 off rotation options
See 25-30 patients per 8-hour shift with full MA and LPN support
The incoming APP can choose between two urgent care locations with modern facilities and equipment
Access full X-ray capabilities and point-of-care lab testing at both sites
Perform minor procedures in dedicated procedure rooms with suture capabilities
Receive up to 30 days of orientation support for new graduates
Earn productivity incentives based on patient volume beyond base compensation
