Who We Are
Florida ENT & Allergy has proudly served Tampa Bay patients for over 59 years - and we are still growing. The Opportunity
What Makes This Role Different
This is not a generic urgent care position. You will work in a true ENT-focused urgent care environment alongside board-certified otolaryngologists, with access to specialty-level diagnostic tools and a patient population that benefits from your clinical depth - not just your speed.

Independent management of acute illness and injury with attending physician support available
Building strong patient relationships in a setting that values continuity and quality outcomes
What We Offer
Competitive base salary (negotiable based on experience)
Flexible scheduling: weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
Long-term career trajectory with growth opportunities
Collaborative physician and support team environment
Specialty ENT clinical training and mentorship
Supportive, low-turnover staff culture
Modern facilities across the Tampa Bay area
Equal-opportunity, tobacco-free workplace
What We Are Looking For

Active FL license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or APRN - board certified
Strong procedural skills: suturing, wound care, I&D, splinting
Ability to evaluate and manage acute conditions across all age groups
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient rapport
Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings and weekends
Commitment to long-term employment and professional growth
Preferred Experience
Urgent care, emergency medicine, or ENT/head & neck clinical background
Experience with ENT-specific procedures or diagnostic equipment
