Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAs our Urgent Care Physician, you will join our dynamic healthcare team dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve. nEvery day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.
nTo be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, licensed, and compassionate physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
nnnConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients

nnDevelop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
n
nnOffer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services
n
nnCollaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
n
nnStay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence-based care
n
nnHours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM M-F and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends
n
nnCompensation ranges from $145.55 - $176.10 /hour
n
n nWe are offering a guaranteed base salary, a wRVU quarterly payout with an annual bonus incentive, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance. Retirement plans include both 401(k) and 457(b).

nnnBC/BE by American Board in Family Medicine
n
nnActive Washington State License in good standing with no restrictions
n
nnDEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
n
nnStrong clinical skills and experience diagnosing urgent care type issues
n
nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
n
nnAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
n
nnCommitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients and families
n
n nPreferred
