Urgent Care Physician Locums Job in Indiana 12-Hour Shifts Beginning As Soon As Credentialed - Ongoing Assignment
Coverage Details
Coverage dates: Beginning as soon as credentialed and continuing until permanent placement is hired
Shift Details
Ideal Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 8:00am - 8:00pm practice hours, 12-hour shifts, no call
Requirements
Board Certified
Active Indiana license
Active DEA (or easily transferable)
Active CSR
Assignment Details
Outpatient only
Patient volume: 30-50
EMR: Epic experience preferred, but training will be provided
