Providers are our top asset, exceptional healthcare is our top priority, and outstanding customer service is our goal. ----Job Overview: We are hiring a Staff Urgent Care Physician with the advancement to a Medical Directorship in Fresno, CA.Essential Responsibilities:Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.Full-time is 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing 4 mid-level providers.Part-time will be a minimum of 6 shifts per month, with management of up to 4 mid-level providers.Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray.All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements - Qualifications:Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training ProgramCA Medical License that is active and in good standingDEA CertificateCompensation details: 150-150 Hourly WagePI1850e383c
