Job description
Setting: Outpatient- freestanding clinic
Dates of coverage needed: ASAP 12/31/2026 with possible ongoing extension
Schedule: Monday Friday; 8a - 5p
Scope of Practice: Treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
License and certification: Active unrestricted OHIO State License, Board Certified, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
