Urgent Care Physician 30 Min to Huntington, WV - $200K in Loans

Qualifications
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field
Eligible for Ohio medical license
Comfortable in high-volume urgent care setting
Strong clinical decision-making and efficiency

Urgent Care Physician in KY - up to $200K loan repayment
Provide urgent care services in a combined Urgent Care and Family Practice setting. The role includes evaluating and treating a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, performing initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring timely documentation. Providers will see approximately 30 patients per day and participate in Antibiotic Stewardship.
Schedule
12-hour shifts (8am–8pm)
6–7 shifts per two-week pay period (shared rotating weekends)
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $354K first year depending on your selected pay model
Option #1: $285K or more for experience, guaranteed for 2 years, with ability to transition to wRVU model when exceeding targets
Option #2:$ $354K, guaranteed for 1 year, then transition to wRVU production model
Call pay through CERP program
Salary adjusted if not yet board certified (approximately 5% reduction until certification)
Sign-on bonus up to $53K (approximately 15% of salary)
Annual performance bonus up to $35K (10% of salary)
Loan repayment up to $200,000
Residency stipend up to $25,000
232 hours PTO + additional PTO at higher productivity
5 CME days + $5,000 allowance
403(b) with 2% match + 457(b) plan
