This urgent care facility is part of a well-established healthcare network serving the Lafayette and surrounding Indiana communities. The 13-bed department provides comprehensive urgent care services with a high-volume patient environment, offering strong support for locum providers.
Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine - Urgent Care
Job Details:
Rotating schedule including weekends with three 12-hour shifts per week (7:45am - 8:15pm)
High-volume urgent care setting with up to 45 patient encounters per shift
Must hold an active Indiana license or IMLC
Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
Start date November 1, 2026 with ongoing need
Nearest airport is Indianapolis International (IND)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
