Urgent Care Medical Director Opening Outside of BostonBoston 20mLynnfield, MAFull Time Leadership OpportunitySeeking a physician leader to serve as Medical Director of Urgent Care, providing clinical, operational, and strategic oversight for a growing regional urgent care network.Highlights:- 80% Clinical / 20% Administrative- Lead clinical quality, operations, and provider development across multiple urgent care locations- Supervise and support Advanced Practice Providers- Partner closely with executive and operational leadership- Opportunity to drive growth initiatives, physician recruitment, and service line development- Strong emphasis on quality, patient satisfaction, and operational excellenceResponsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership for urgent care services- Oversee provider performance, engagement, and professional development- Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and operational initiatives- Support physician and APP recruitment and onboarding- Monitor quality, financial, and patient experience metrics- Foster a collaborative, high-performing cultureQualifications:- MD or DO- Massachusetts medical license or eligibility- 3-5+ years of clinical experience- Prior leadership experience preferred- Strong skills in: - Leadership and communication - Team development - Data-driven decision making - Quality and patient safety initiativesCompensation & Benefits:- Salary range: $300,000 - $350,000- Administrative stipend and leadership support- Comprehensive benefits package- Retirement plan- CME allowance- Malpractice coveragePractice Locations:- Lynnfield- Danvers- Gloucester- Haverhill
