Job description
Top Medical Center is actively recruiting full-time Urgent Care Ph ysicians to join our clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Urgent Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. Our Urgent Care teams have produced multiple 'Provider of the Year' award winners within our organization.
About the position: Clinic Hours Open 7 days/week
General Schedule 12-hours shifts Monday Friday; weekends 8-hour shifts; every other weekend (2/month).
Limited call expectations
Average # of patients seen per day 20-25 average/peak Flu/Cold slightly higher (25-30)
Support staff- average 3 PSRs per shift, 5 MAs, 3 Providers
Practitioners- At least one physician is staffed with the APPs (ARNP/PAs) per shift
Qualifications: BE/BC in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation
$275,000 + incentives
Amounts listed may include productivity, quality incentives, extra shift Incentives applicable to the position.
CME Stipend - up to 3k annually

Sick time of 76 hours is allotted every year
Vacation is allotted in year one, then accrues
