Job description
BayCare is currently in search of our newest Urgent Care Rep who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. BayCare’s top priority is the health and well-being of our communities as Tampa Bay's leading multi-specialty group with more than 600 providers practicing 45 specialties in over 175 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and west central Florida regions.
nPosition Details:
nnnLocation: Clearwater, FL
n
nnStatus: Full Time (non-exempt)
n
nnTwelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (or until the last patient leaves) with two days on, then two days off rotation.

nnThis will include every other weekend (Weekend Differential may apply)

nThe Urgent Care Rep is responsible for:
nnnResponsible for supporting the urgent care operation by obtaining accurate patient and client information
n
nnCompleting accurate and timely registrations
n
nnCollecting and posting charges and payments
n
nnWorking in multiple systems simultaneously
n
nnAnswering patient and client questions
n
nnDistributing information to patients and clients including medical record
n
nnPerforming other duties as assigned.

n nRequired Education:
nnHigh School or Equivalent
n nExperience:
nnnRequired 6 months of healthcare
n
nnOr 6 months of Customer Service
n
