Job description
Southern California Hospitals seeks an experienced Urgent Care/EMS Standby Registered Nurse to deliver prompt, high-quality care for acute emergencies. You will monitor patients, manage medications, and collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop and implement care plans across rapid throughput settings.
You will reevaluate patient responses, revise plans as needed, and mentor new graduates and staff while maintaining a calm, professional presence in a high-pressure environment.
