Salinas, California , just minutes from the Monterey Coast. This full-time Urgent Care opportunity offers strong compensation, additional productivity potential, and
no call or inpatient responsibilities .
Opportunity Highlights
$325K base salary + $55/wRVU productivity
$50K recruitment incentive
100% outpatient Urgent Care
No call
No APP supervision
Approximately 4 patients per hour
Established team of 36 physicians and APPs
