Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a well-established urgent care team in Lancaster, California, to welcome a physician assistant to their practice.
Position Highlights:
Full‑time Urgent Care position in a respected, longstanding medical group
12‑hour shifts, Monday–Sunday (8 a.m.-9 p.m.)
Strong clinical support, including nurses, medical assistants, and front office staff
Annual compensation range: $166,000-$186,000, based on experience
Employer‑paid life insurance, medical, pharmacy, and dental coverage with additional voluntary benefits
Tuition reimbursement opportunities, California license, and DEA reimbursement
