Essential Job Duties
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients on outings, shopping trips, and errands
Provide non-medical medication reminders
Assist with ambulation and safe client transfers
Follow individualized care plans and client-specific instructions
Complete required documentation and charting accurately
Qualifications
Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
Not registered yet? We can guide you through the process.
Prior caregiving experience preferred
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Access to a mobile phone
Ability to travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties
Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Availability for weekend shifts
