URGENT HIRINGPart Time9AM to 1PM in the morning Monday through FridayPrevious Home Health Aide/PCA Experience required, Training available.Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA)Provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.Essential Functions:Personal Care with ADLs and IADLs Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheelchair), change of position, with toileting.Companion/Sitter/Household Management Provide companionship and respite services for familyStand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clientsOccasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week.Qualifications/Educational Requirements:High school graduate or G.E.D certificateAbility to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the jobPossess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the jobClean background with no history.Must be: Willing to keep client active Good at communicating Have driver's license and carSome Benefits Include:Training ProgramsCompensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
