Caregiver Opportunity in 77532 AreaWe are looking for someone who has a genuine heart and passion for caring for seniors. The client is an older female whose family is seeking assistance with daily household and personal care needs, including laundry, light housekeeping, incontinence care, meal preparation, bathing, cooking, and companionship. The family also prefers a caregiver who has experience providing care for bedridden patients.At Aloma Healthcare, Inc., we take care to the next level. Our agency is certified, licensed, insured, and bonded and is an AHI member based in The Woodlands, Texas.We are seeking experienced caregivers who are dedicated and compassionate about providing care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, mobility challenges, or illnesses.Benefits include a virtual medical benefit, mental health counseling, daily shift bonuses, prescription discount, dental insurance benefit, vision insurance benefit, paid referral program for clients, and paid referral program for caregivers.Salary: $13–$16 per hour, based on experience.Responsibilities include providing personal hygiene assistance, assisting with the care and daily needs of a bedridden client, assisting with mobility and repositioning as needed, planning, preparing, cooking, and serving meals, performing laundry and light housekeeping duties, providing companionship and meaningful interaction, assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client, reporting any unusual incidents or changes in the client's condition, acting quickly and responsibly in the event of an emergency, and providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable care at all times.Qualifications include being available to work weekend shifts, being able to provide Tier 3 level care, having 10+ years of caregiving experience OR being a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), experience caring for bedridden patients, minimum of 1 year of prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or an in-home care environment, enjoying providing clients with an above-and-beyond “wow” experience, enjoying working in a one-on-one setting and being eager to continuously improve and learn new skills, being compassionate, patient, dependable, and supportive, being pleasant and customer-friendly, being a self-starter who is organized and able to manage tasks efficiently and independently, ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, willingness to follow and enforce health and safety standards, high school diploma/equivalent or relevant caregiving experience, and taking pride in providing high-quality care.For general inquiries, please visit our website or email us at We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
