Permanent | Full-Time | Physician – Family Medicine
Location: Pueblo
Overview
A leading physician-led healthcare organization in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered practice. 36 patient-facing hours per week

Nearly 1,900 physicians across the system
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine – REQUIRED (must complete residency)
Colorado License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
DEA (must obtain prior to start) – REQUIRED
Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice – Highly Preferred
Visa Candidates – NOT ACCEPTED
Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
Must confirm candidate has not applied directly
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
Generous productivity bonus (based on wRVUs)
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)
