CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Milford, MA. We are looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers who can provide personalized in-home care and support clients with their daily needs. Long-hour shifts are available for caregivers seeking consistent hours.

What You'll Do
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
Follow individual care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Able to work longer shifts as scheduled
