Urgent Hiring: CNA Support Needed - West Valley City, UTLocation: West Valley City, UT 84120 Start Date: ASAP Helper Rate: $20 per hourWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable female CNA to support a 77-year-old client who uses a cane and walker and is experiencing increased difficulty with mobility and daily activities. She is particularly concerned about falling at night and would benefit from consistent support to help her remain safe and independent at home.Care ResponsibilitiesAssist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Provide mobility and walking supportAccompany her on walks and help maintain safe movementPrepare meals and ensure she is eating regularlyPrepare simple meals such as casserolesAssist with laundryTidy and maintain the homeProvide companionship and emotional supportHelp reduce fall risks and maintain a safe environmentProvide support around physical therapy appointments as neededSchedule3 days per week3 hours per day to startPotential for increased hoursClient would ideally like to transition to live-in care if the arrangement is a good fitIdeal CandidateCNA preferredExperience with older adults and mobility limitationsComfortable assisting someone who uses a cane and walkerStrong awareness of fall prevention and safetyPatient, encouraging, and compassionateAble to provide emotional reassurance while promoting independenceThis role is best suited for a compassionate female CNA who can provide hands-on support, encouragement, and reassurance while helping the client safely manage daily activities, nutrition, mobility, and household routines. There may be an opportunity for live-in care for the right caregiver.
