ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage Caregiver PositionComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is seeking an experienced CNA, Caregiver, or HHA to provide dependable weekend care for a senior client in Wheaton, Illinois. This position is ideal for a caregiver who is comfortable with mechanical lifts and safe transfers and wants a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference through one-on-one home care.Position OverviewLocation: Wheaton, ILPosition: CNA / Caregiver / HHASchedule: Saturday & SundayShift: Weekend Day ShiftEmployment: Part-TimeSpecial Requirement: Hoyer Lift experienceSetting: In-home senior careWhat You'll Be Responsible ForThe caregiver will help provide safe, respectful, and individualized care throughout the weekend shift. Responsibilities may include:Using a Hoyer Lift/mechanical lift for safe client transfersAssisting with repositioning and mobilityProviding personal care and hygiene assistanceSupporting bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingProviding incontinence care when neededAssisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as appropriateProviding medication reminders according to the care planOffering companionship and meaningful interactionSupporting safe movement throughout the homeMaintaining a clean and comfortable care environmentPerforming light housekeeping related to the client's needsFollowing the individualized care planReporting changes or concerns to the appropriate care teamExperience We ValueWe welcome professionals with experience as:CNA - Certified Nursing AssistantCaregiverHHA – Home Health AidePersonal Care AssistantPrivate Duty CaregiverHome Care AideRequired:Previous professional caregiving experienceHands-on Hoyer Lift or mechanical lift experienceUnderstanding of safe transfers and positioningAbility to provide hands-on personal careDependable weekend availabilityPreferred:Senior home care experienceCNA, HHA, or PCA experienceExperience assisting clients with limited mobilityDementia or Alzheimer's care experienceKnowledge of fall-prevention and safe patient-handling practicesWhat We OfferConsistent Saturday & Sunday scheduleDaytime hours: 11 AM–7 PMCompetitive pay and bonus opportunitiesOne-on-one client careSupport from our office and care teamTraining and professional developmentOpportunities for additional hoursPTO accrual after 90 daysCaregiver referral programApply today if you're an experienced CNA, Caregiver, or HHA with Hoyer Lift experience and you're available Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, we encourage you to apply.
