Start Date: End Date: Coverage Type: Call Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in PA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 5 MD or DO Degree from an accredited medical school Accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Required current experience: At least 100 general orthopedic procedures, reflective of the scope of privileges requested, during the past 12 months OR the demonstrated successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship within the past 12 months
