CNA/HHA - $20 to $23/Hour - Flexible Shifts
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for caregiving opportunities in Canton, MA. We're looking for dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and reliable weekly pay.

What You'll Do
Provide compassionate in-home care while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Depending on the assignment, you may assist with:
Personal care and activities of daily living
Mobility, transfers, and positioning
Companionship and emotional support
Meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
Light housekeeping
Daily routines and other non-medical support
Following the client's care plan and reporting concerns
Qualifications
Active CNA or HHA certification
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Dependable, patient, and compassionate
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
