CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Weymouth, MA. We are looking for dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping clients maintain their comfort, safety, and independence at home.

What You'll Do
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
Follow individual care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
