We are looking for compassionate caregivers who want to make a difference in someone’s life!Senior Helpers Greater Dallas an Honor company is a home care company that values passion and rewards caregivers with competitive benefits.We have a variety of day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available, including:9:00 pm.–9:00 am., Tuesday through Saturday3:00 pm.–9:00 pm., Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday — Plano, TX 75023We serve parts of Dallas, Richardson, Addison, Plano, Frisco, Allen, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Coppell, Lewisville, The Colony, Lakewood, University Park, and Highland Park.Whenever possible, we match caregivers with clients closer to their homes to help reduce drive time.We support you by:Help qualified candidates begin working quicklyProvide 24/7 on-the-job supportProvide current information about clients’ needs through our industry-leading appCare Professional Pay & Benefits:$13.00–$14.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignmentBiweekly pay with direct depositHoliday pay at 1.5 times your regular rateCaregiver of the Month recognitionJob Requirements:At least one year of caregiving experienceComfortable working in homes with petsValid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current automobile insuranceAbility to treat clients and their property with dignity and respectAbility to communicate with clients in a friendly and professional mannerMust be at least 20 years of ageMust successfully complete required criminal background and driving-record checkCare Professional Responsibilities and Schedule Requirements:Responsibilities vary according to each client’s care plan and may include:Companionship and conversationMeal preparation and medication remindersLight housekeeping and laundryTransportation and errandsBathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence careMobility assistance and transfersOther companion-care and personal-care activities of daily livingCaregivers are expected to provide at least two weeks’ advance notice for planned time off or requested schedule changes.No certification is required to work as a caregiver or companion.
