Job description
UroGen Pharma is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead sales and marketing execution within a defined geography, focusing on key urology accounts, hospitals and specialty pharmacies.
This role requires 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices, 3+ years of sales, and 80% travel (with occasional overnights/weekends). A Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required. You will develop territory plans and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth.
