Job Details:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position within a Urogynecology practice (Urogynecologic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery)
Work in collaboration with a physician lead to provide quality care in an outpatient setting, with potential inpatient responsibilities
Provide evaluation, treatment, and management of female urinary disorders including urinary incontinence, voiding dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, and other female pelvic disorders
Manage conditions including interstitial cystitis, overactive bladder, painful intercourse, fecal incontinence, and defecatory dysfunction
Perform clinical skills including catheterization of the bladder, bladder irrigations, and installations
Provide admission and discharge orders along with individualized patient care plans
Potential to perform cystoscopy in an office setting
Position covers up to 3 practice sites, primarily within the East and Hartford Region including Norwich, Waterford, Glastonbury, and Hartford locations
Full-time, 40-hour salaried position working Monday through Friday, day shift
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's program
Must hold an active Connecticut PA or APRN license with national board certification
Compensation:
