Job description
Hartford HealthCare in Connecticut is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support the Urogynecology team, delivering consultation, diagnosis and treatment under a physician lead in an outpatient setting. The Advanced Practitioner will care for female urinary disorders such as incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, with potential inpatient coverage.
Sites include Norwich, Waterford, Glastonbury and Hartford, with a 40-hour days salaried schedule and a focus on work-life
