UMass Memorial Medical Group is seeking a Faculty Urologist to join our growing Department of Urology. We have two immediate openings, with plans to grow the division to six physicians. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as a top choice in the region.
Department Highlights:
Academic Urology Program within a high-volume health system, offering a broad spectrum of urologic care with opportunities for subspecialty focus in urologic oncology, BPH, prostate cancer, and endourology/stone disease
Practice based at community hospital sites (Leominster or Southbridge) with strong alignment to the academic department at UMass Memorial Medical Center
Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with strong alignment across surgical and medical subspecialties
Access to advanced surgical technologies and high-quality clinical, translational, and outcomes-based research programs
Academic appointment at UMass Chan Medical School, with opportunities to teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students
High-volume practice with diverse case mix supporting clinical excellence and subspecialty growth

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
Fellowship training in a subspecialty with demonstrated clinical experience
Strong commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and research
Interest in contributing to the continued growth of an academic urology program
MD or DO degree with eligibility for Massachusetts medical licensure
