Job description
Cihealthgroup is seeking a Urologist to join a physician-owned practice in Montana. The role features a guaranteed base salary, monthly productivity bonus, and quarterly profit share, with an earning potential up to $675,000 per year.
The position offers a four-day workweek (two clinic days and two OR days), a $50,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance of $10–15K, and $1,000 per night paid call. Ownership opportunities exist with no PE or hospital buyout.
