Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a qualified Urologist to join our staff.
$60,000 Residency Stipend, Generous Sign-On Bonus, Competitive Compensation Package and Visa Sponsorship Available.

Job Description & Responsibilities
* Join an established group of 6 MD's and 7 Advanced Practice Clinicians
* 180 Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center
* Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians
* Full Support Staff including APC's with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction
* Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital with APC's taking 1st Inpatient Call
* State of the Art OR's with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System
* Salary Range: $515,000 - $619,000 with significant incentive potential . This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
* Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
* Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000
* Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws

Job Qualifications
* MD, DO or MBBS
* Board Eligible or Board Certified
* New York State Licensure
* BLS Certification Required
* DEA Required
