Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, WI is seeking a board eligible/board certified Urologist to join our team. You may expect a busy practice in a physician‑led, financially stable organization committed to both high‑quality care and patient satisfaction.
This is a comprehensive urology practice providing care in a mix of office‑based visits, procedures, and dedicated operating room time.
Call is 8 days per month and one weekend per month.
Clinic attached to the only hospital covered.
Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary guarantee.
Common EMR/PACS across all Mayo Clinic Health System sites.
Join a team of 3 Urologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
Access to top‑tier technology in the OR and clinic (Digital Scopes, Operative Microscope, and DaVinci Robot) along with full complement of diagnostic radiology, laboratory, and stimulation testing.
Call Obligations: All physicians serve in a 1‑in‑5 call model.
Ability to work collectively with well‑established referral resources to grow general urology practice and niche interests.
Teaching and research opportunities in conjunction with Mayo Clinic.

Qualifications
Board eligible / board certified in Urology.
Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
