Job description
Seeking a skilled healthcare professional for a versatile role involving both outpatient and inpatient care. Responsibilities include managing approximately 15-20 patients per shift, utilizing advanced endoscopic techniques, performing laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, ESWL, TRUS biopsies, and fertility work-ups. The role is adult-only, with no pediatric cases. Key duties involve providing high-quality patient care, ensuring efficient procedures, and maintaining excellent communication.
Qualifications And Skills
Proficiency in advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures
Experience with ureteroscopy, ESWL, TRUS biopsies, and fertility assessments
Ability to handle a 1:1 call ratio with prompt response time
Strong clinical skills in outpatient and inpatient settings
Excellent patient management and communication abilities
