Hiring Range: $ 385,000 to $575,000

Milford Regional Medical Center - well-regarded community hospital
Established and growing community-based practice with strong referral volume
General urology focus with exposure to men's health, stone disease, women's urologic care, and limited oncology
Collaborative team, supportive colleagues: 2 urologists and 2 PAs (no resident supervision)
High surgical volume: 900+ OR procedures in 2025 at Milford Regional
State-of-the-art ORs with three robotic systems
Dedicated surgical PA support and 24/7 hospital coverage
Robust surgical and clinical support infrastructure
Strong administrative, clinical, and operational support to ensure efficiency and work-life balance.

Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Comfortable with broad general urology scope
MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license
Flexible and team-oriented approach to clinical and OR coverage
