Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a qualified Urologist to join our staff.
$60,000 Residency Stipend, Generous Sign-On Bonus, Competitive Compensation Package and Visa Sponsorship Available.

Job Description & Responsibilities
Join an established group of 3 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
180 Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center.
Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians.
Full Support Staff including APCs with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction.
Call responsibility limited to Primary Hospital with APCs taking 1st Inpatient Call.
State of the Art ORs with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System.
Salary Range: $515,000 - $619,000 with significant incentive potential. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on factors including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation.
Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000.
Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws.

Job Qualifications
MD, DO or MBBS.
Board Eligible or Board Certified.
New York State Licensure.
BLS Certification Required.
DEA Required.
