Urologist Opportunity – Pendleton, Oregon
Position: Urologist Location: Pendleton, OR Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Highlights
HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established and growing urology practice serving northeastern Oregon. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a long-term practice with strong clinical support, an excellent referral base, and a schedule that promotes an exceptional work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will enjoy practicing in a collaborative environment while providing comprehensive urologic care to a growing patient population.
Practice Details
Full-time employed position
Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Established urology practice with a strong referral network
Dedicated and experienced clinical support staff
Collaborative, physician-focused practice environment
Opportunity to build a busy practice with consistent patient demand
No travel required

Clinical Opportunity
Comprehensive general urology practice
Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions
Perform office-based and surgical urologic procedures
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide longitudinal patient care
Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers
Provide patient education and ongoing follow-up care
Opportunity to participate in the continued growth of the urology program
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $541,088 – $639,180
Productivity incentive program

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency
Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
DEA certification or ability to obtain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
